On the 27th of August, 16 boys and girls from Year Two to Year Five participated in the Western Region Athletics Carnival at Campbelltown Athletics  Centre.

 The  weather  was  perfect  and  the  competition  fierce.  Our  students  represented  St  Justin’s  extremely  well  displaying good sportsmanship and a keen sense of fun.

A special congratulations to Charlotte Hooker (2/3 Red) and Jonah Nader (4/5 Red) who have advanced to the next stage, to be held at Beaton Park Wollongong this Thursday.

Charlotte placed 3rd in the 100m 8yrs girls final and Jonah 4th in the 11 yrs boys discus. A very big congratulations to them both!

Thank you to the parents for supporting their children throughout the day providing encouragement and lots of cheering. In particular, thank you to Carmel Ellery who volunteered as an official and helped assist in the smooth running of the day.
